Getting first my TiVo

I'm a long time lurker and thinking about to jump on the TiVo summer deal for a Bolt+ w/ lifetime and getting tivo mini. I currently have a WMC (windows media center) with Ceton infinitv 4 that has been working great, but I am ready to move on from WMC.

Just to clarify on how Tivo works:

• Bolt+ can record 6 shows simultaneously
• If using a mini and wanting to watch live tv there will only be 5 tuners available to record shows
• If setting up 1P recording for a "new" episode...
