Is my Premier dead?

Just happened. There was a very brief power outage but don't know if that was a factor. Was not using it at the time.

TV says "No signal" but light on Tivo flashes with remote button presses. Tried all three HDMI inputs on TV. Tried brand new quality 2.0 HDMI cable. Unplugged Tivo overnight. I can hear constant "seeking" sounds from internal Tivo drive (which I think is normal).

What else can I try? Does anyone offer a repair option? I hate to trash it as it has lifetime...
