Lifetime transfer from dead Series3 to Series2, Series3 or Roamio?

I had an original Series3 that was activated with Lifetime service back in January of 2007.

It was destroyed in a move several years ago.

Thinking about getting another TiVo.

Will use OTA and/or Analog cable inside a hospital I work at.

Will a Series2, Series3 or Roamio fit the bill?

Can I transfer the Lifetime to it and how?
