MAC ID's don't match settings

My TiVo Bolt has 2 MAC ID's printed on the bottom of the unit. I assume one is for direct ethernet connection and the other for wireless. However, I've noticed that neither of these MAC IDs are what is being reported in the settings of the unit itself. A totally different MAC ID is being reported in the Network menu of the unit.

Any thoughts or ideas as to what's happening here? Am I missing something?
