Need help with Moca network

I've been having trouble with my internet connection and Comcast thinks it is because of how I have my network set up for moca.

I have internet-only from Comcast, and OTA rooftop antenna.

I have TiVo bolt to activate the moca network.

I have three TiVo minis (all connected via coax)

At which points should I split my coax lines to go to the other rooms?

And where should I have Poe filters?
