New Charter Channels

I have Charter with a TiVo in western Mass. A few days ago I got a message on my box listing a bunch of new channels that had been added. The HD channels were 686-697, 700, 777, 781, 814-817, 821, 844, 845, 848, 849. They were a bunch of PAC-12 network stuff, EPL Extras, and a bunch of stuff I've never heard of like Crime and Revolt. If I try to view one of these channels I get the following message: Channel not provided by the tuning adapter. Contact your cable provider for more iformation....
