No Thumbs Ratings in iOS App

For the past few months, the thumbs up and thumbs down ratings have not been appearing next to show titles on my iPhone or either of my two iPads (iPad mini and iPad Pro). The thumb ratings appear normally on my Roamio Pro.

They came back for a few days a couple of months ago and then disappeared again.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
