No TiVo Desktop - How can I access my saved Shows ?

I have 3TB of .tivo shows on an External Hard Drive.

My computer caught a virus, and the TIVO DESKTOP app was trashed.

It is no longer available.

How can I watch these show ? Or transfer them to a TiVo ?
