Roamio OTA Streaming

Hi Everybody,

I newly activated, and I am lost on how to stream a program from Tivo to my ipad. Both are in the same high speed home network. I know that if I want to stream out of the Tivo box to a remote network that I have to buy Tivo Stream. But I was told by Best Buy that if I want to do in-home streaming out of the Tivo box the capability is built in to the box.

My questions:

1. Do I have to have TiVo Stream in order to stream from the Roamio to an iPad connected to the same home...
