Roamio Plus w/mini and mocha

I am selling my Roamio Plus (no lifetime) Mini (lifetime) and moca adapter on eBay and AVS Forum. It's listed differently. On AVS, I am advertising it with 2 different prices.
$475 for lifetime on the Roamio and $200 as is. I haven't purchased the subscription yet. I was going to allow the buyer to decide what they wanted. The mini already has a lifetime subscription. Shipping is included. On eBay, it's just $200.
