S3 can transfer from Roamio OTA, Roamio OTA cannot (C423)

I set up a new Roamio OTA today.

Connected to mothership a couple of times after the initial OS update.

Have two S3s, both of which show up in the Roamio OTA menu.

My Roamio shows up in the S3's menu.

When I try to transfer shows from S3 -> Roamio (pull shows from Roamio menu), after a few second pause, I get a C423 error saying "Can't Connect to DVR-XXX box"

Then I try transferring Roamio -> S3 (pull shows from S3 menu) it works fine, I see the list of shows and can initiate transfer...
