Solid Amber LED, no picture unless power cycled.

We have a Tivo premiere with lifetime subscription in one of our rooms. It was used constantly for years without issue but its not being used at all for the time being. I removed all season passes and stopped it from recording anything in the future. I also allowed it to go to stand by.

Now for the second time when I walked past the tivo one of the round LEDs on the front is a solid amber/orange. I tried googling and searching this forum with no luck. It will also not respond to pings and...
