TiVo Bolt Plus Upgraded from Weaknees

How reliable is the TiVo Bolt Plus Upgraded from Weaknees? Years ago I had a Premire plus the external drive, and when the external drive failed, I lost all content on the Premire.

But I would use 13TB! (3TB internal + 10TB external)
