I have an issue where the HBO channels do not appear on the guide. When i called in trouble with my cable company and they asked for my host id they couldn't help me find it. They told me it was under tivo central>settings&messages>remote>cablecard>devices>cablecard decoder>options for installers>then finally cable card menu.
