Well add me to the long lost of customers who thought they'd de-activated a TiVo and had their monthly billing stopped....only to find TiVo resumed the monthly billing later. UGH...CS rep was clueless other than to say "Oh, we've been having problems with billing..." BS. I had called in early May to cancel my monthly billing and deactivate our Premiere since we were moving and cutting the cord. Fine...no automatic deduction from our CC in May. Then, all of a sudden, the deduction appears...
