Tivo Premier Box reboots and stuck on startup spalsh screen

As the title describes, a few days ago, it was in a restart boot loop, and now stays on the Tivo startup splash screen. I'm assuming it is most likely the Hard Drive ?

1) Is it worth replacing the Hard Drice.
2) Are there any current upgrade deals that are out there ?
3) Where should be the best place to buy a new Hard Drive for it, (eBay ??) if I go that route, I really don't need this Tivo, but it has lifetime Sub on it, so I'd figured if not too expensive to repair, I'll fix it and keep...
