I'm trying to help my Mom. She has a Bolt. While I was out of town she received a message stating there was an update and did she want to update or delay. She can not navigate to any of the three options. I tried Tivo support but that went no where fast, both phone and chat.
Yes I've had her try every button on her remote.
Yes I tried searching for others with this issue, did not find anything close.
Any ideas ?
