I just had a FIOS tech struggle to get the cards in my Series 3 (with OLED Display) re-paired after I rebuilt it (failing hard drive). He was very friendly and let me watch what he was doing on his little tablet. Apparently the CableCards in the Tivo need a step called "Manual Revalidation" before they will show channels like HBO.
