MoCA setup for Roamio OTA + Mini

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I have not been able to find a clear answer during my many hours of searching this forum. I'm also a novice at this stuff, so please forgive the poor wording.

I have cut the cord and am trying to establish a set up where I receive OTA programming to my Roamio OTA (living room) and Mini (upstairs bedroom). My internet service is through Cox. My modem and router are located in the living room with the Roamio OTA.
