Remote plays music every morning

I have a TiVo Roamio Plus, and starting a few weeks ago every morning at about 5:30 AM the remote starts playing music.

I understand from the forums here that there's some sort of lost remote functionality on the TiVo box itself where I can push a button and music will start coming out of the remote.

But I'm not pushing anything. I'm trying to get a full night's sleep, the damned thing just fires off on its own. Any idea how I can disable this?
