Double Recordings

Kind of strange occurrence that has happened twice now (once a week). I have a scheduled Season Pass for "Under The Dome" on Monday nights. For the past two weeks, this recording has been missing from the "My Recording Screen" once another recording has completed the following day. Another multiple recording (Folder) is showing up twice. I need to restart the TiVo Premiere each time in order to get back the missing recording of "Under The Dome" and it then has the other folder showing up once as it should be. Any one else run into this issue and if so, how did you solve it? I called technical support and they just had me change the Season Pass options from "Space Needed" to "Keep Until I Delete". Thanks
