YouTube app won't start

Since the spring update, my roamio plus youtube app won't start. I get the youtube logo, and then it just sits there, until I exit the app. I was hoping the summer update might make it start working again, but that didn't happen. I have a mini also, and the youtube app there is fine. Youtube works fine from several other devices on the same switch as the roamio.



Anyone have any ideas? I talked to customer support a little while back and they basically said they don't know what's wrong and I'd have to send it in to get it addressed. I've been reluctant to do that, but I really like the youtube app and want it to work like it used to. Is an exchange my only hope? How do I exchange without being without the tivo for a period of time?
