Can no longer pull, or connect to Tivo with pyTivo

pyTivo has worked well for years, but now when i try to pull from my tivo premiere, i get:

Other info

1. I stopped using static IP addresses on my network (router running out of nvram). i've rebooted everything since then

2. I run pytivo on archlinuxarm.

3. I had to change "env = python2" in pytivo.py - but its been that way a long time

4. i turned off the zeroconf b/c avahi-daemon was complaining about legacy unicast coming from pytivo. however, i've tried turning it back on and it does not change the situation.

5. I have a tivo premiere 4 tuner. works fine.

6. I am able to access https://192.167.0.110 just fine, and another program (tiny tivo on ubuntu) works just fine as well with it.

7. yes, i have triple checked the MAK
