Closed envelope with black dot

I looked to see if this was already answered, but did not.

Just just posted some information as a reply to someone's question about the same topic. There is a closed envelop with black dot to the left...I dont see anyone has this. Why?

And should I post a new thred about this...its about finding a way to have On demand with Fios and Tivo
