Sometimes I can multitask by going to the My Shows Menu while watching a recorded show & the show continues to plays in the upper right window as I look at the Menu list & then when I exit the menu, the show returns to full screen. Other times as soon as I go to the My Shows Menu, the show stops playing & I get the pop up option to save or delete the show I had been watching. The only way to return to the show is to select “keep” & then reselect the show I had been watching from the list & resume playing.
I notice the show stops playing more often when I am in the last 5 minutes or so of the recording & when I am in the middle, it plays in the upper R window.
How is TiVo supposed to deal with this multitasking? Shouldn’t I have the ability to keep a recorded show playing in the small upper R window as I access the My Shows or the main TiVo menu?
