Something that will allow me to watch movies that are on my PC

Please help!!!! After two hours on the phone with tech support (who know absolutely nothing about their own product), I was forced to return Tivo desktop plus because we could simply not get the movies I put in my Tivo desktop to show up on my Tivo.



I was a huge Plex guy with my roku. Unfortunately, Tivo has no Plex app. Is there anyone who can tell me how I can watch movies that are on my computer using the Tivo?



I'm desperate : )
