Tivo Desktop alternatives?

First off I will say I apologize if this has already been answered but I didn't seen anything relating to this. The only thing I saw was pyTivo.



I am mainly looking for anything to work on a Windows 7 PC.

Also if there is other software, does it allow transfers of copy protected programs?
