Can't download to ios App

I can't actually get any shows to download to the ios App with my Roamio Plus. First it states the download for even a half hour show will take an hour (estimated to be 4 minutes, but when it starts, it shows upwards of an hour), and then after a couple minutes the download always fails and tells me it copied relevant error info to the clipboard.



The helpful error?



Unable to create request (bad url?)



This happens both in home an out of home.



Any suggestions?
