Can't set a season pass for Better Call Saul

I have a Roamio Pro. I tried to set a season pass yesterday for BCS. I got a blue icon that showed the TiVo was thinking, and then it stopped. So, tonight I notice its not recording. I'm a little pissed, I search for the show, find it, and tell it to get a season pass. It takes about 30 seconds of thinking about it, but the pass doesn't take. So I record what is left of the show manually, and set it to record tomorrow's showing. But I can't set a season pass. What's going on? I've had a TiVo since 2000, and this is the first time this has happened to me.
