Limit Discovery Bar to Valid Channels

I've noticed shows in my Discovery Bar from channels I don't receive and aren't selected in my channel list. I've also noticed things that I can't believe get recommended, such as the guide listings show on the channel listings channel (also not in my channel list) or things I've given thumbs down to.



None of this should happen in my opinion, certainly I can't discover content on inaccessible channels.
