Wondering if anyone can help (Sorry if any of this comes across as dumb but I am not the most tech savvy guy): I have Roamio with over-the-air antenna, but because of our HOA rules we cannot use an outside antenna, instead we have to use indoor HDTV antenna. The problem is that we get some network station channels (but not all) with the antenna in one corner of the room, and we only get the others when the antenna is moved to the opposite side. So it seems the only solution is to somehow connect two different antennas to the TiVo into the same input (with the two antennas in different parts of the room), and we switch between them in order to get all channels. I have searched for something that will allow me to input two antenna sources into the Tv but so far all I have found is different variations on the coaxial splitter/switch thingy with two inputs on one side ("ANT A" and "ANT B"), a switch to flip between them in the middle of the little box, and then one similar connector on the other side, but this connector does not seem to be compatible with the Tivo CABLE/ANT input. So is this the right solution for me and if so, how do I connect the little switching thingy to the Tivo?
Thanks in advance for any help.
