Roamio Not Connecting to Other Tivos

I just replaced an HD Tivo with a Roamio. (I have several tivos.) The new Roamio is working but there are a couple of problems.


  • I have a Tivo Mini that was paired with a Premiere and I want to change it to be paired with this Roamio, but when I try, the Roamio has a red circle with a line through it next to it so I can't pair it.

  • I can't view the shows on two of my other Tivos from the Roamio. It says there is a "network problem" but this tivo is connected to the same ethernet cable as my old tivo that would connect just fine, and the other tivos can see the shows on the other boxes, including the new Roamio. (I have gone into Device Preferences on the tivo site to ensure that the "Video Sharing" box is checked.) I've also done some forced connections to make sure everything is updated.




One thing, though, on the Tivo site for My Account, it does say "We're still processing your activation." Could that be what is causing my connection problems?



I know I could call Tivo support, but I'm never home in front of the Tivo when they're open, so I was hoping to get some help here.
