Roomio Plus, Mini, and Remote Controls

I purchased both the Roomio Plus and Mini recently. I have them setup side-by-side. The Tivo phone representative stated that the remotes are able to be changed to operate both units separately using IR.



We tried to modify the remotes but they keep accessing both. The remote switches to RF as well.
