Resyncing Season Passes -- Series 3

The HD died in my S3, and I replaced it. It's now working fine.

The SPM on tivo.com has all of my season passes from the old HD. The box has connected to Tivo service several times now, and it's been three or four days, but it hasn't synced with tivo.com yet. How do I force it to update the box with the season passes saved in the SPM on tivo.com?
