Can't Connect with Tapatalk

For the past hour or so I haven't been able to connect via Tapatalk. The web interface is working fine.

No error message. Just the spinning wheel.

ETA: Spinning wheel and says, "Loading."

ETA: This is both on a Samsung S4 and Nexus 10. (android)
