MLB App Woes

I am unable to watch games with the MLB app on my Roamio Plus. The app starts, allows me to select a game and then just sits there. I've waited for 10 minutes by the clock.

Netflix and Amazon Prime work fine.

MLB works fine on my Roku

Any suggestions?
