Cooling Entertainment Cabinet

I have my TiVo Roamio Pro in a built-in cabinet next to our fireplace. From there cables run to the TV above the fireplace. The cabinet also has a Samsung DVD player and an AppleTV.

There are no ventilation holes, and the way the cabinet is designed, it would be pretty ugly to create them. There is a single hole at the top of the cabinet near the wall where the wire from an IR receiver exits the cabinet.

What is the best way to cool this to keep my Roamio from overheating and having an early death from excessive heat? My TiVo's seem to last 2-3 years, and I'm thinking a lot has to do with the heat in the cabinet.

Is anyone aware of any near-silent miniature fans I might could install that would push air out of the hole where the cable for the IR receiver exits?
