Bolt sound cuts out sometimes after 30 second skip

Sometimes after using the 30 second skip button the sound stops working. If I then change inputs in my receiver and then come back to the TiVo input they screen is blank and it says that the receiver is not getting a signal from the TiVo. The only way to fix this is to reboot my receiver. Has anyone else seen this issue? I never had it with my cable DVR or TiVo premier
