can i do this?

I've had a tivo premiere and now I have a bolt. I want to watch my bolt shows and / or live TV so I Thoguht I could put that premiere on a different TV only I don't have another cable card for it. can i view the bolt with the premiere by only connecting it to the TV with HDMI and an wired ethernet connection? no cable card

also how do i transfer all my old recordings and more importantly onepasses from the premiere to the bolt?
