Kinda fun! Has kind of a "Robocop" feel of it. Like OCP pre-Robocop. I like the characters and it's fun watching technology at work in law enforcement (in a fictional way, of course).
Of course using an "APB" app like 911 has SO many issues... false calls for one, which they dealt with on the show in a small way, but it seems like there would be many more "testing" calls. Also many that could probably make good use of that app probably can't afford a...
