I cancelled month-to-month service on a TiVo that had given up the ghost. This was back in the fall of 2015. Monthly fee was charged to a card I use all the time that has generally a couple hundred transactions on it every month, the bill comes with extra postage as it is so many pages. (I like getting paper bills).
About three weeks ago I got an email from Tivo stating my credit card had expired and my month-to-month service was in danger. This week I got an email stating the service...
