TiVo Bolt Thinks Port 8080 Closed

My TiVo Bolt just popped up a warning that it only has 3 days worth of guide data left. Looking at its Network diagnostics, it thinks port 8080 is closed. None of my ports are closed in my router. This was working fine, before. Any suggestions?
