I think the couple of 'gimmick' Shark Tanks haven't been my favorite in the past (though I don't think I've ever disliked an entire episode).. But this one was outstanding.
That 13 year old girl was freaking amazing. She pitched better than almost anyone on the show ever. There's no way I could speak that well even in front of a couple of people. She'll be very successful.
Even though there's something about The Beast that rubbed me the wrong way, she's probably going to be very successful too..
There was also the guy who GUARANTEED their money back (and mentioned taking out a mortgage). Has that ever happened before, in anybody's recollection? Heck, depending on how ironclad the "guarantee" was (yeah, he could file for bankruptcy, there could be other creditors ahead, and so on), I'd invest in that even if I didn't like the product!
