Losing Network Connection

I seem to keep losing my connection (on a regular basis) to the HOA provided Internet. It is not the fastest Internet connection, but I do have a very strong and very solid signal. TiVo Help has walked me thru the process of re-connecting using my laptop. First I had to disconnect from the Internet, plug the adapter into the laptop's Ethernet port and then type "192.168.10.1" in the address bar. Re-connecting always worked, but the connection only lasted about 3- 4 weeks.



The Premiere has a "N" adapter which plugs into the Ethernet port.



My "backup" TiVo Series 2 recently died. It never had a problem staying connected. It used the "G" adapter which used a USB connection.



I did notice that there seemed to several channels to choose from when I went thru the re-connect process.



Maybe connecting to a different channel?

Maybe using the TiVo Series 2 "G" adapter in the Premiere?



Suggestions?
