Mini pairing with wireless Roamio Basic

I currently have 2 Tivo Roamio Basic units. One of my Roamio Basics is ethernet wired. The other is not and receives it's signal wirelessly. If I buy a mini for a third TV will I be able to pair up the Mini with either one of my Basic Roamios (the wired and/or the wireless one)? The Mini will be wired by ethernet cable.



(I am not going to be using Moca networking).
