Setting up Moca network and Tivo Mini Pixelation

Hi. I am setting a Tivo Mini with a Moca network. During the download of updates during the set up process, all the tv's in the house had severe pixelation and took several minutes and unplugging the Mini in order for the pixelation to stop. Is this a problem that could have been caused by the network itself or the Mini updating?
