I'm wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this one.....
When using the Roamio with Comcast on demand, if you accidentally press the 30 second skip forward button, the video jumps all the way to the end of the show. I find this irritating in the extreme because A) I am so used to using that button to skip commercials that I seem to always forget and press it at least once per on demand show and B) the max FF / RW slew speed (there really is only one speed) is VERY SLOW with Comcast on demand and it is tedious to get back to where you were.
I'm not sure what would be better.... maybe have an option to limit the function of the skip button so that it only worked (to jump to the next 15 minute marker) when you are currently fast forwarding or rewinding?
