Buffering on previously ownloaded shows to iPad mini.

I've run into this problem several times. I record a show on my Roamio then download the recording to my iPad mini to watch later. When I go to watch the show on my iPad, the vid will pause with the screen saying "Buffering". This doesn't make sense because I'm not streaming the vid from my Roamio but watching something I previously downloaded.

This only seems to happen with those "premium" shows that require you to delete it from your DVR before it will fully download to the iPad.
