My email to Tivo Opinions?

You guys really need to consider other shipping options for advanced replacements. Sure, a new customer is anxious to get a brand new Tivo. And even existing customers who order additional Tivos 'might' pay extra for their second or third. At least they have that option. Now, my Tivo is setup to feed every TV in my house. And a component of the unit has failed. While my advanced replacement has been setup and in progress, my only option was standard shipping. I've used the product for 10 years. What once was a luxury is now a necessity.

So someone please tell me, who is more likely and willing to pay an additional cost to get their Tivo the fastest? For now at least, humans are still involved, I think. To simply hear 'the system won't allow it'. . . . . is rubbish. Anyone?
