Networking options with Roamio Pro and Minis

I've been a TiVo customer since the very beginning starting with the Series 1. I currently have two early model 2-tuner Premiers but am thinking about upgrading. I'm trying to figure out the best option to connect three televisions but am unsure how the networking will work.

I have FIOS and the entry point into my apartment is in my front hall closet. Cable TV is delivered over coax and my Internet connection is delivered over Ethernet. From the closet, there is a coax and Cat5 run to each of the other rooms in the apartment. Currently the incoming coax is run through a splitter to the other rooms, and the Internet connection is cross-connected to make the Ethernet port in my home office live. The rest of the Ethernet connections in the other rooms are not live. There is no power in the closet, so putting anything in there that requires power is not an option.

My router and a seldom used TV is in my home office. The other two TVs are in the living room and bedroom which is where most TV will be watched.

My current thought is to put a Roamio Pro in the home office, connect it to the cable network through coax, and to the router that will be sitting next to it via Ethernet. Will this work to activate my entire coax network for MoCA? The Roamio will not have anything plugged into the output coax port.

If that works, my plan would be to add a Mini to my primary TV in the living room and a second Mini to my secondary TV in the bedroom, both connected over MoCA. Are there any issues with functionality or speed using Minis as the primary interface to the main TiVo? It would be rare to use the interface directly on the controlling Roamio.

Lastly, and somewhat unrelated, how many M-cards will I need in a Roamio Pro to support all 6 tuners. Does a single M-card handle all of the tuners?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
